Architecture & design studio
in New York,
led by Sasha Topolnytska

FARMMM is a New York–based interdisciplinary design practice founded by Sasha Topolnytska. Working at the intersection of architecture, care, and advocacy, the studio explores how design across scales—from soft sensory sculptures to architectural projects and public installations—can embody inclusivity, resilience, and joy.

Rooted in the idea of architecture beyond buildings, FARMMM creates spaces and experiences that nurture belonging, memory, and joy. While grounded in architectural thinking, FARMMM resists the notion of a singular style. Instead, the studio adopts a layered, emotionally responsive approach that seamlessly integrates disciplines, evolves in response to people and places, and adapts to the needs of each moment. Guided by curiosity and collaboration, FARMMM is committed to design that is inclusive, joyful, and transformative.
Sasha Topolnytska is an architectural designer and educator whose design work has been awarded the NYCxDesign award, and collaborative projects have received support from the Center for Architecture AIA in NYC, the Chicago Architecture Center, the  Architectural League of NY, the New York State Council of the Arts, and the Design Trust for Public Space. Sasha was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

Sasha currently teaches architecture and interior design at the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York and at Parsons School of Design. Prior to founding FARMMM, she worked at award-winning architecture and design firms, including TenBerke, Architecture + Information, and JG Neukomm Architecture.
