Architecture studio
led by Sasha Topolnytska 
in New York City



FARMMM Studio is a New York–based architectural practice led by Sasha Topolnytska. Working on both commissioned and self-initiated projects, the studio operates across buildings, exhibitions, objects, research, and pedagogy. FARMMM work often explores how architecture can serve as a form of support and advocacy - revealing and reimagining the often indivisible spatial and social infrastructures that sustain everyday life. 

The practice has realized residential, cultural, and nonprofit projects and has collaborated with museums, civic organizations, educational institutions, and community partners.
Sasha Topolnytska is an architectural designer and educator. With 15+ years of experience in architecture and design, Sasha has led and managed domestic and international projects ranging from interior renovations and single-family residences to cultural, educational, and nonprofit work. Alongside her architectural practice, she develops independent research and design initiatives that explore architecture beyond buildings, focusing on themes of care, comfort, accessibility, neurodiversity, and collective experience.

Her work has received a NYCxDESIGN Award, and collaborative projects have been supported by the Center for Architecture, the Chicago Architecture Center, the Architectural League of New York, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the Design Trust for Public Space.

Born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine, Sasha holds a Master of Architecture from the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. She currently teaches at the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York and Parsons School of Design. Prior to founding FARMMM Studio, she worked at TenBerke, JG Neukomm Architecture, and Architecture + Information.
