Architecture & design studio
in New York led by Sasha Topolnytska.

FARMMM is a New York-based interdisciplinary design practice founded by Sasha Topolnytska. Rooted in architecture, care, and advocacy, FARMMM creates objects, installations, and experiences that center inclusive design, joy, and emotional well-being across multiple audiences. From soft sensory sculptures to community-driven exhibitions, the studio’s work celebrates diverse ways of living and relating to the world.

While grounded in architectural thinking, FARMMM resists the romanticized idea of a singular style of design. Instead, the studio embraces a layered and emotionally responsive practice — one that moves fluidly between disciplines, evolves through people and places, and responds to the needs of each moment. FARMMM is guided by curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to design that is both tender and transformative.
Sasha Topolnytska is an architectural designer and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Sasha's design work has been awarded NYCxDesign award and collaborative projects have received support from the Center for Architecture AIA in NYC, the Chicago Architecture Center, the  Architectural League of NY+ New York State Council of the Arts, and the Design Trust for Public Space. Sasha was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

Sasha currently teaches architecture and interior design at the Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York and at Parsons School of Design. Prior to founding FARMMM, she worked at award-winning architecture and design firms, including TenBerke, Architecture + Information, and JG Neukomm Architecture.
